🎖 Сегодня в честь Дня морской пехоты вручил медали «Защитник Курской области» военнослужащим 810-й бригады морской пехоты Черноморского флота РФ и 155-й бригады Тихоокеанского флота РФ. Каждый из них проявил мужество и стойкость, защищая наш край, отстаивая интересы государства.

Также передал бойцам 200 дронов и комплекты для их управления. Уверен, что это облегчит выполнение боевых задач, повысит уровень безопасности и военнослужащих, и мирного населения.

Благодарю бойцов за профессионализм и верность девизу «Где мы, там победа!». Их героизм — пример для всех нас. В результате их работы жители региона могут чувствовать себя в безопасности. Ещё раз с праздником!

Apparently upbeat developments in Russia's discussions with Ukraine helped at least temporarily send investors back into risk assets. Russian President Vladimir Putin said during a meeting with his Belarusian counterpart Alexander Lukashenko that there were "certain positive developments" occurring in the talks with Ukraine, according to a transcript of their meeting. Putin added that discussions were happening "almost on a daily basis." On February 27th, Durov posted that Channels were becoming a source of unverified information and that the company lacks the ability to check on their veracity. He urged users to be mistrustful of the things shared on Channels, and initially threatened to block the feature in the countries involved for the length of the war, saying that he didn’t want Telegram to be used to aggravate conflict or incite ethnic hatred. He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations. It is unclear who runs the account, although Russia's official Ministry of Foreign Affairs Twitter account promoted the Telegram channel on Saturday and claimed it was operated by "a group of experts & journalists." But because group chats and the channel features are not end-to-end encrypted, Galperin said user privacy is potentially under threat. "Your messages about the movement of the enemy through the official chatbot … bring new trophies every day," the government agency tweeted.
