Депутаты Госсобрания Мордовии приняли законопроект в первом чтении 31 октября. Согласно нему, девушкам в возрасте до 25 лет будут платить деньги за первого ребенка. Сумма выплаты — 100 тыс. руб. Девушка должна проживать в Мордовии не менее трех лет.
Мордовия была первым регионом, где ввели штрафы за «склонение» к абортам. По словам главы республики Артёма Здунова, регион находится в «красной зоне» по рождаемости.
