В 2024 году средняя ежемесячная заработная плата в сфере финансов и страхования составила 206,3 тыс. руб. Это на 37,2 тыс. руб. выше по сравнению с годом ранее, следует из анализа РИА Новости данных Единой межведомственной информационно-статистической системы (ЕМИСС).
Самые высокие средние зарплаты были у сотрудников холдинговых компаний – 466 тыс. руб., в сфере перестрахования – 418 тыс. руб., у управляющих фондами – 322 тыс. руб.
Больше всех в ИТ-сфере получают разработчики программного обеспечения (208 тыс. руб.), занимающиеся спутниковой связью (159 тыс. руб.) и интернет-инфраструктурой (147 тыс. руб.). Однако, по данным Хабра, все-таки зарплаты у айтишников побольше и они могут посоревноваться с финансистами.
