Напомню, что на суде будет рассмотрено ходатайство моего мужа о смягчении условий отбывания наказания на более мягкие, в том числе, не связанные с лишением свободы: например, на ограничение свободы или принудительные работы.
Администрация исправительной колонии, в которой отбывает наказание Игорь, уже выступала против удовлетворения этого ходатайства.
