Приглашаем всех желающих в образовательный проект «Нам не все равно», направленный на развитие психологического благополучия в МЭИ.
Базовый модуль обучения посвящён знакомству с практиками управления дистрессом, эмоциями, особенностям выстраивания психологических границ, техникам саморегуляции, способам самопомощи и допсихологической поддержки близких.
В течение февраля и марта вас ждут еженедельные удаленные вебинары по понедельникам (можно посмотреть в записи) и практические встречи для проработки навыков по вторникам (с повтором по четвергам) в 17:30.
Базовый модуль открыт для всех студентов и сотрудников университетского сообщества.
Для участия в проекте необходимо заполнить форму регистрации: «тут»
Организационное вводное занятие состоится 20.02 в 17:30. (Кинозал Студенческого корпуса 2).
У прошедших базовую программу будет возможность укрепить умения в продвинутом модуле (старт в апреле), чтобы стать частью сообщества волонтеров первой психологической помощи МЭИ.
