Рынок акций РФ на старте торгов в четверг сохранил восходящий коррекционный импульс предыдущего дня, продолжая отыгрывать декабрьское решение ЦБ РФ не менять ключевую ставку; внешние рынки подают смешанные сигналы в преддверии нового года. Индексы РТС и МосБиржи за минуту торгов прибавили по 0,7%, лидируют в росте акции МКПАО "ВК" (+2,8%), ПАО "Группа компаний ПИК" (+2,6%) и ГК "Самолет" (+2,1%).
К 10:01 МСК индекс МосБиржи составил 2750,9 пункта (+0,7%), индекс РТС - 870,22 пункта (+0,7%); цены большинства "голубых фишек" на Мосбирже выросли в пределах 1,4%.
Официальный курс доллара США, установленный ЦБ РФ с 26 декабря, составляет 99,6125 руб. (-26,04 копейки).

"We're seeing really dramatic moves, and it's all really tied to Ukraine right now, and in a secondary way, in terms of interest rates," Octavio Marenzi, CEO of Opimas, told Yahoo Finance Live on Thursday. Unlike Silicon Valley giants such as Facebook and Twitter, which run very public anti-disinformation programs, Brooking said: "Telegram is famously lax or absent in its content moderation policy."
