Рынок акций РФ к вечеру в четверг сохраняет оптимистичный настрой в ожидании свежих геополитических новостей в отношении урегулирования конфликта вокруг Украины, а также на фоне вернувшейся к росту нефти (фьючерс на Brent поднялся к $76,3 за баррель). Индекс МосБиржи превысил 3315 пунктов, лидерами роста выступают акции "Ростелекома" (+7%) и "Магнита" (+5,2%).
К 16:35 МСК индекс МосБиржи составил 3315,04 пункта (+1,4%, максимум сессии - 3324,02 пункта), индекс РТС - 1155,11 пункта (+1,4%); цены большинства "голубых фишек" на Мосбирже выросли в пределах 5,1%.
Официальный курс доллара США, установленный ЦБ РФ с 20 февраля, составляет 90,4268 руб. (-91,3 копейки).

What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. The channels have become popular with on-the-ground journalists, aid workers and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who broadcasts on a Telegram channel. Voice and video calls are also completely encrypted. The regulator took order for the search and seizure operation from Judge Purushottam B Jadhav, Sebi Special Judge / Additional Sessions Judge. As the war in Ukraine rages, the messaging app Telegram has emerged as the go-to place for unfiltered live war updates for both Ukrainian refugees and increasingly isolated Russians alike.
