Помнится выгоняли на пенсию те кто прапора в 40 лет и офицеров в 45 на пенсию, типо молодых очереди стоят, а потом раз и нет никого старых опытных повыгоняли, а новых то оказалось нет, незадача с реформой получилась👆 да и повышение липовое все помнят когда сократили в два раза, соответственно объем не уменьшился, а подняли на 50% включив туда премии 👍 шло планомерное уничтожение кадров
