Несмотря на невыгодные кредиты - стоимость квартир продолжает увеличиваться.

💤Безусловно, речь в посте только про цены на жилье сопоставимой площади. Качество жилья, инфраструктура района, сроки сдачи, количество игроков на рынке и прочее тут не анализируем.
