Коротко: если экс-хавбек Локо выиграет этот суд, то ФИФА, которая год не выдавала трансферный сертификат игроку/его будущему клубу из-за разбирательств с паровозами, нарушала европейское трудовое законодательство, что было равносильно ограничению торговли.
