В том, что в базовый белый добавляют каплю черного и желтого.

Желтый компенсирует голубизну дневного света, а черный приглушает слепящую белизну «как в больничке»

Как итог - стены как чистый холст, но не кипенно-белый, а оптимальный для жизни!
