Этим летом я открыла для себя йогу, это оказалось огромным спасением для моего тела, особенно для спины. Очень жалею, что не познакомилась с ней, когда Анюта спала исключительно на руках и с ней надо было наворачивать круги по комнате на руках, чтобы она уснула 🧘♀️
И вот уже сейчас малышка интересуется что же за такие необычные упражнения делает мама, поэтому, держи дочь книгу, буду рассказывать и показывать.
