Если придерживаться правила, что куда пришел, туда и надо было, то мне вчера внезапно надо было на историческое кладбище Ла Чакарита.

Принесла меня туда человеческая жадность. Более знаменитый некрополь Байреса — Реколета — взимает неприличные 1 800 рублей с туриста за вход без экскурсии. Это в 3,5 раза больше, чем национальный музей, а ведь на кладбище даже ни одного Моне и Ван-Гога не похоронили. А этот погост, при всем своем внешнем великолепии пускает туристов бесплатно.

Если у вас когнитивный диссонанс — какие ещё экскурсии и туристы на кладбище, — просто посмотрите фото. Это правда очень красиво. Немного крипово, конечно, но красиво!

The regulator said it had received information that messages containing stock tips and other investment advice with respect to selected listed companies are being widely circulated through websites and social media platforms such as Telegram, Facebook, WhatsApp and Instagram. Continuing its crackdown against entities allegedly involved in a front-running scam using messaging app Telegram, Sebi on Thursday carried out search and seizure operations at the premises of eight entities in multiple locations across the country. What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. The channels have become popular with on-the-ground journalists, aid workers and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who broadcasts on a Telegram channel. The channels can be followed by an unlimited number of people. Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm. There was another possible development: Reuters also reported that Ukraine said that Belarus could soon join the invasion of Ukraine. However, the AFP, citing a Pentagon official, said the U.S. hasn’t yet seen evidence that Belarusian troops are in Ukraine. It is unclear who runs the account, although Russia's official Ministry of Foreign Affairs Twitter account promoted the Telegram channel on Saturday and claimed it was operated by "a group of experts & journalists."
