Новые композитные мембраны для топливных элементов
Научные сотрудники Института химии растворов РАН занимаются разработкой протон-проводящих мембран топливных элементов. Топливные элементы являются альтернативным источником энергии. Их совершенствование в настоящее время является очень важной задачей. Топливные элементы применяют в стационарных электростанциях, в качестве автономных источников тепло- и электроснабжения зданий, в двигателях транспортных средств.
В работе научной группы «Электролиты на основе ионных жидкостей» были получены новые композитные мембраны на основе промышленного полимера полибензимидазола, протонных алкиламмониевых ионных жидкостей и неорганического наполнителя. "Эти мембраны обладают необходимыми свойствами, в частности - высокой проводимостью и достаточной электрохимической стабильностью", - отмечает научный сотрудник Института химии растворов РАН Ю.А.
