Он уточнил, что на его участке за ходом голосования следят сразу несколько независимых наблюдателей от разных партий. Обеспечено и круглосуточное видеонаблюдение. Все записи анализируются в Центре общественного наблюдения, специалисты которого в режиме реального времени следят за ходом голосования.
