Потому что это точка вИдения растения. Страхи травы: выкосят и затопчут. Для обезьяны смерть должна смыкаться клыками на шее, а Сатана происходить из рода кошачьих. И главный ужас в жизни - неожиданное мягкое глубокое проваливание ветки за спиной. Выходит, что люди - растения, по крайней мере, в части архетипического переживания индивидуальной смерти и видового "посмертия". Даже не животные.
Вспомнил сразу другой сон, где-то пятилетней давности. Бесконечную толпу в Дуате затягивает в огромную мясорубку, перемалывает и скидывает массу на неведомые поля из гигантских огненных цветов в виде шара. Никто не возится с индивидуальным взвешиванием. Удобрение, ещё хуже.
Чем при этом захвачены люди в очереди? Болью, отчаянием, безысходностью (как было, например, во времена Псевдо-Дионисия Ареопагита)? Нет, они играют в игры и строят иерархии.
