Проектом закона предлагается охота в целях обеспечения ведения традиционного образа жизни и осуществления традиционной хозяйственной деятельности осуществляется свободно (без каких-либо разрешений на добычу охотничьих ресурсов).
При этом в охотничьих угодьях, закрепленных за юридическими лицами и индивидуальными предпринимателями, охота должна осуществляться на основании путевки, выданного юридическим лицом или индивидуальным предпринимателем.
Данная норма позволит избежать конфликтных ситуаций, которые могут возникнуть между охотпользователем и представителем КМНС.
