21 сентября Владимир Путинобъявил о частичной мобилизации в стране. Главам регионов было поручено заняться вопросом призывных комиссий, чтобы осуществлять помощь военным комиссариатам.
Сегодняшний день является важным для всей страны. Мы вновь должны сплотиться для достижения наших общих целей. На благо нашей Родины, наших семей и близких.

Telegram has gained a reputation as the “secure” communications app in the post-Soviet states, but whenever you make choices about your digital security, it’s important to start by asking yourself, “What exactly am I securing? Telegram is certainly not the most secure messaging app on the market right now. Its security model requires users to place a great deal of trust in Telegram’s ability to protect user data. For some users, this may be good enough for now. For others, it may be wiser to move to a different platform for certain kinds of high-risk communications. However, the perpetrators of such frauds are now adopting new methods and technologies to defraud the investors. Despite Telegram's origins, its approach to users' security has privacy advocates worried. This ability to mix the public and the private, as well as the ability to use bots to engage with users has proved to be problematic. In early 2021, a database selling phone numbers pulled from Facebook was selling numbers for $20 per lookup. Similarly, security researchers found a network of deepfake bots on the platform that were generating images of people submitted by users to create non-consensual imagery, some of which involved children. Meanwhile, a completely redesigned attachment menu appears when sending multiple photos or vides. Users can tap "X selected" (X being the number of items) at the top of the panel to preview how the album will look in the chat when it's sent, as well as rearrange or remove selected media.
