Напомним, что переименованную должность занимает руководитель ГЖИ Алена Кузнецова. Похоже, что Андрею Чибису нравится, когда «главой» называют только его, а все остальные подчиненные вокруг него должны быть исключительно министрами.
А может, все же Кузнецовой захотелось именоваться министром, а то руководитель ГЖИ звучит не так авторитетно. Ну, а наш Андрей Владимирович не устоял перед красивыми глазками и светлыми волосами.
