Сначала укладывают асфальт, а потом чинят трубы — до чего классическая история. Но её бы не возникло, если бы Управлениедорожного хозяйства и «Мурманскводоканал» хоть как-то пытались друг с другом взаимодействовать. Особенно по таким вопросам.
Но, видимо, лучше потратить явно лишние деньги, чтобы затем заново отремонтировать ту же дорогу.
