При этом, согласно документу, эти требования должны соблюдаться, «если иное не установлено законодательными актами субъектов РФ».
Выгул домашних животных в местах, не предусмотренных для этого, по закону должен производиться, «исключая их свободное, неконтролируемое передвижение».

Again, in contrast to Facebook, Google and Twitter, Telegram's founder Pavel Durov runs his company in relative secrecy from Dubai. These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. As such, the SC would like to remind investors to always exercise caution when evaluating investment opportunities, especially those promising unrealistically high returns with little or no risk. Investors should also never deposit money into someone’s personal bank account if instructed. Messages are not fully encrypted by default. That means the company could, in theory, access the content of the messages, or be forced to hand over the data at the request of a government.
