Арбитражный суд Челябинской области удовлетворил иск компании «НОВАТЭК-Челябинск» о взыскании почти 105 млн руб. с обанкротившегося АО «Миасский машиностроительный завод» (ММЗ, входит в госкорпорацию «Роскосмос»). Это задолженность за поставленный предприятию газ в ноябре прошлого года.
В январе суд взыскал в пользу поставщика еще 86 млн руб. долга. Несмотря на банкротство, которое продолжается с декабря 2021 года, предприятие продолжает работать и обеспечивать теплом часть жителей Миасса. Подробнее — в материале «Ъ-Южный Урал».
