При этом посещать ТЦ малых и средних форматов стали реже на 4–5%, в то время как крупные торговые площадки — лишь на 1%. Аналитики связывают более позитивную динамику в крупных ТЦ с повышением покупательской способности и заполнением площадей ушедших из страны брендов.
Участники рынка, напротив, фиксируют у себя прирост посещаемости. Эксперты считают, что посещать ТЦ стали реже из-за высокой инфляции и доступности онлайн-покупок, а также прогнозируют дальнейшее сокращение посещаемости.
