Наталия Толчеева в суде заявила, что заняла нынешнюю должность после заключения контракта с ООО «Альфа» и поэтому не могла давать и не давала никаких поручений о корректировке данных в исследовании. Чиновница призналась, что сама была инициатором расследования и написала в правоохранительные органы заявление о незаконных действиях.
