Суд обязал собственников снести пять наздемных переходов в Томске
Решение о сносе четырех переходов на улице Пушкина и проспекте Мира еще 24 октября принял Октябрьский районный суд Томска, сообщило издание vtomske.ru со ссылкой на пресс-службу судов области.
В рамках банкротства предприятия, строившего переходы, их выкупила на торгах новосибирская компания «София» по ценам от 301 до 354 тысяч рублей за переход. Затем новосибирская фирма предложили Томску выкупить объекты, но мэрия отказалась и подала иск к собственникам переходов в июне.
Суд удовлетворил иск, дав владельцам два года на снос.
Напомним, построенные 11 лет назад переходы так и не ввели в эксплуатацию: по проекту они должны были быть подземными. Состояние объектов оценивают как неудовлетворительное. Власти Томска заявили, что эксплуатировать их слишком затратно. А выкупать ради сноса — рискованно из-за потенциальных обвинений в нецелевом расходовании бюджетных денег.
