Также отмечается, что выполненный объем работ, услуг организациями, выполнявшими научные исследования и разработки, составил в 2021 году 922,3 млн рублей. Затраты на научные исследования и разработки составили более 1,1 млрд рублей.

Voice and video calls are also completely encrypted. Lastly, the web previews of t.me links have been given a new look, adding chat backgrounds and design elements from the fully-features Telegram Web client.
