Интересно, сколько всего специалистов-огранщиков в той же Индии, куда экспортируется значительная часть российских алмазов? Несколько десятков тысяч максимум, думается. А что мешает в России огранять алмазы и продавать уже готовые бриллианты? Нельзя закупить несколько тысяч станков и обучить работе на них людей? @Up_Periscope
