Возможно "аудит" Белоусова показал, что Шойгу все же не все украл, что мог бы украсть в Министерстве обороны. Хотя нельзя исключать и то, что Шойгу дали возможность нового распила исключительно для того чтобы это воровство задокументировать и "хлопнуть" всю его гоп-компанию, прямо по горячим следам.
