"В нынешней ситуации считаем, что применение ордера на арест фактически невозможно из-за того, что сотрудники службы охраны президента продолжают нести охрану", - заявили в управлении.
В Южной Корее никого не удивят сидящие бывшие президенты. А вот нынешних пока не было.
