На втором месте жители Московской области — на них пришлось 11% и 8,7 млрд, на третьем — Краснодарский край с показателями 6% и 5 млрд. Эксперты отмечают, что осенью ситуация начала ухудшаться ещё быстрее — сказались отмена льготных ипотечных программ и повышение ключевой ставки.
