Он добавил, что остальные вопросы по освобождению удерживаемых лиц должны адресоваться азербайджанской стороне: если Ереван и Баку собираются объявить "всему миру, что два государства, две нации будут жить в мире и сотрудничестве", то надо начинать с шагов, которые "должны быть оценены".
Арсенян отказался отдельно комментировать вопрос экс-госминистра Нагорного Карабаха Рубена Варданяна, отметив, что для Еревана нет различий между гражданами Армении.
