Девелопер – Интеко. В продажу пока не вышли, но ПЗЗ, видимо, уже поменяли и вот-вот получат РНС.

Вероятное название комплекса «Аптекарские огороды». Продуктологи/маркетологи застрощика, судя по всему, не умеют пользоваться викимапией или ретромэпс и перепутали Аптекарский огород с полковыми огородами при военных заведениях, которые действительно располагались на этом месте вплоть до 1920-х годов XX столетия.
