Для меня налаживание ГВ не было проблемой, молоко пришло уже на вторые сутки. Возможно это потому что Аркадий был всегда рядом со мной с момента рождения. В период беременности я много читала о правилах для успешного ГВ и хочу с вами поделиться:
🌿 Правильное прикладывание - это ключ к успеху! - Положение "носик смотрит на сосок" - Широко открытый ротик малыша - Захват не только соска, но и ареолы Я заметила, что когда малыш правильно приложен, кормление проходит безболезненно и эффективно.
🌿 Никакого строгого расписания! Кормила по требованию, и это может быть каждый час, а может и раз в 2 часа. Главное - прислушиваться к малышу.
🌿 Если проблемы с ГВ не решены, на помощь можно позвать "молочных фей", или консультанта по ГВ.
