بعد از واکنش‌های محلی به این جنایت خشونت‌بار، مجبور شدن این «دایی» را گویا خودش مامور انتظامی (مخبر آدم‌فروش) است، بازداشت کنند.
عالیشاه، دادستان ساری، در این ویدیو مدعی است که این فرد جنایتکار برای بریدن گوش‌های این دختر نوجوان «دلایل خاص خودش را داشته» اما چون بریدن دو گوش «نامتعارف بوده قابل دفاع نیست».
بعد هم منتشرکنندگان تصاویر این جنایت را تهدید و متهم می‌کنه که موجب سلب آرامش جامعه شده‌اند.
