Спасение утопающих - дело рук самих утопающих?? А Москва всё гудит - танцует, веселится и ходит на мероприятия и фестивали, позволяющие и дальше получать различные УДОВОЛЬСТВИЯ от жизни!
Особенно прекрасно то, что по всей стране проводятся куча мероприятий, посвящённых многодетным семьям, которых на словах все очень любят и ценят! А на деле - всем на них наплевать!
Я, конечно, не военный, и занимаюсь несколько иной профессией, но у меня есть рациональное предложение. Снять ПВО с Рублёвки, которое защищает не самых бедных ее жителей за счет бюджета, и отправить в Белгородскую область. А жителям Рублевки раздать огнетушители (если помните, недавно такая акция для жителей Белгородчины была озвучена).
