Ранее опергруппу возглавлял вице-губернатор Игорь Греков, но после его увольнения место оставалось вакантным.
На Анну Рослякову ложится ответственность и за ликвидацию чрезвычайных ситуаций.
Новый вице-губернатор Михаил Семенов пока, видимо, осматривается. Либо тема борьбы с коронавирусом и ЧС не является первоочередной. Либо "первым после губернатора" в Рязанской области остается Анна Рослякова.
