Кроме того, ухудшилась ситуация с выдачей паспортов готовности к отопительному сезону – такой документ есть только у 14 муниципалитетов.
В общем, проблем в сфере ЖКХ хватает – все эти недоработки чиновников напрямую сказываются на простых сахалинцах, которые постоянно страдают от коммунальных аварий.
А что касается доклада Куприной, то признание своих ошибок – это хорошо. Но вот только куда полезнее было бы увидеть реальную работу над этими самыми ошибками.
