Суд Республики Коми рассмотрел дело об административном правонарушении в отношении пациента ГБУЗ РК «Усть-Куломская Центральная районная больница». Его обвинили в мелком хулиганстве.
Инцидент произошел 5 июля в реанимационном отделении медучреждения. Пациент начал громко выражаться нецензурной бранью, кричать и размахивать шваброй свои оскорбления однако не направлял в чей-либо конкретный адрес. На просьбы успокоиться он не реагировал.
Обвиняемый признал вину. Суд учел отсутствие отягчающих обстоятельств, в том числе, что мужчина являлся пациентом больницы, влияющее на его эмоциональное состояние, и назначил ему наказание в виде административного штрафа в размере 500 рублей.
