В операционной деятельности - с текущими, но от того не менее, а для большинства сотрудников и студентов более важными ежедневными проблемами и вопросами. И мире будущего - развития, перспектив, того «куда идем». И этот мир не так однозначен, в него нужно поверить большинству, чтобы он сбылся.
Я называю это «управленческая шизофрения». Вылечить ее можно только слиянием этих двух миров. А значит лечение долгое и с этим нужно учиться эффективно жить :)
