Сегодня в #МЖИ прошел очередной прием граждан👥.
Собственники квартиры 📍в доме 4, корпус 1 в Конаковском проезде обратились за консультацией по вопросу возможности согласования перепланировки и переустройства с выполнением проема между кухней и комнатой.
✅Ознакомившись с представленными документами, заместитель начальника ЖИ по #САО Светлана Хавран разъяснила, что поскольку выполнен проем в несущей стене между кухней и комнатой потребуется представить техническое заключение о допустимости и безопасности выполненных работ, разработанное автором проекта МКД. Кроме того, ☝️не допускается объединение газифицированной кухни с жилой комнатой, поэтому необходимо будет установить в проеме дверь, либо заменить газовую плиту в кухне на электрическую. Заявителям порекомендовали устранить нарушения, а после подать документы в #МЖИ на портале 💻MOS.RU.

All communications on a Telegram channel can be seen by anyone on the channel and are also visible to Telegram. Telegram may be asked by a government to hand over the communications from a channel. Telegram has a history of standing up to Russian government requests for data, but how comfortable you are relying on that history to predict future behavior is up to you. Because Telegram has this data, it may also be stolen by hackers or leaked by an internal employee.
