Дополнительная профессиональная программа повышения квалификации реализуется Минюстом России и Всероссийским государственным университетом юстиции.
🔻Первыми 15 участниками стали руководители территориальных органов Минюста России Центрального, Северо–Западного, Сибирского, Приволжского, и Южного федеральных округов, ДНР и ЛНР.
С докладами и лекциями по актуальным вопросам правоприменительной практики выступили:
▶️замминистра юстиции РФ Али Алханов
▶️руководители департаментов Минюста России
▶️ученые и преподаватели ВГУЮ
▶️специалисты Российского федерального центра судебной экспертизы им. профессора А.Р. Шляхова при Минюсте России
🔻 Первый замминистра юстиции РФ Евгений Забарчук провел круглый стол, посвященный ключевым направлениям работы министерства.
После успешного завершения программы обучения всем участникам были вручены удостоверения о повышении квалификации.

Telegram has become more interventionist over time, and has steadily increased its efforts to shut down these accounts. But this has also meant that the company has also engaged with lawmakers more generally, although it maintains that it doesn’t do so willingly. For instance, in September 2021, Telegram reportedly blocked a chat bot in support of (Putin critic) Alexei Navalny during Russia’s most recent parliamentary elections. Pavel Durov was quoted at the time saying that the company was obliged to follow a “legitimate” law of the land. He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores. On December 23rd, 2020, Pavel Durov posted to his channel that the company would need to start generating revenue. In early 2021, he added that any advertising on the platform would not use user data for targeting, and that it would be focused on “large one-to-many channels.” He pledged that ads would be “non-intrusive” and that most users would simply not notice any change. Either way, Durov says that he withdrew his resignation but that he was ousted from his company anyway. Subsequently, control of the company was reportedly handed to oligarchs Alisher Usmanov and Igor Sechin, both allegedly close associates of Russian leader Vladimir Putin. "We as Ukrainians believe that the truth is on our side, whether it's truth that you're proclaiming about the war and everything else, why would you want to hide it?," he said. Additionally, investors are often instructed to deposit monies into personal bank accounts of individuals who claim to represent a legitimate entity, and/or into an unrelated corporate account. To lend credence and to lure unsuspecting victims, perpetrators usually claim that their entity and/or the investment schemes are approved by financial authorities.
