Речной флот Самары пополнился современным малым пассажирским круизным судном «Гавриил Романович Державин».

Круизное судно было названо в честь первого министра юстиции Российской империи по инициативе Минюста России.
⭐️ Решение о наречении судна именем Гавриила Державина было принято в 2023 году в рамках празднования 280-летия со дня рождения выдающегося государственного деятеля.

Apparently upbeat developments in Russia's discussions with Ukraine helped at least temporarily send investors back into risk assets. One post on the channel from February 24 claimed without evidence that a widely viewed photo of a Ukrainian woman injured in an airstrike in the city of Chuhuiv was doctored and that the woman was seen in a different photo days later without injuries. The post, which has over 600,000 views, also baselessly claimed that the woman's blood was actually makeup or grape juice. "There are several million Russians who can lift their head up from propaganda and try to look for other sources, and I'd say that most look for it on Telegram," he said. On Telegram’s website, it says that Pavel Durov “supports Telegram financially and ideologically while Nikolai (Duvov)’s input is technological.” Currently, the Telegram team is based in Dubai, having moved around from Berlin, London and Singapore after departing Russia. Meanwhile, the company which owns Telegram is registered in the British Virgin Islands. Since January 2022, the SC has received a total of 47 complaints and enquiries on illegal investment schemes promoted through Telegram. These fraudulent schemes offer non-existent investment opportunities, promising very attractive and risk-free returns within a short span of time. They commonly offer unrealistic returns of as high as 1,000% within 24 hours or even within a few hours.
