В Дербенте открыли памятник народному поэту Дагестана Сулейману Стальскому. Торжественная церемония прошла 27 декабря в парке имени поэта.
Заместитель главы администрации города Видади Зейналов отметил вклад Стальского в дагестанскую литературу.
На мероприятии звучали стихи и песни на слова поэта, 155-летие которого отмечалось в этом году.
Среди участников были представители администрации Сулейман-Стальского района, автор памятника – заслуженный художник Российской Федерации Шариф Шахмарданов, директор Лезгинского театра Динара Эминова и другие.
