Постановлением Тверского районного суда города Москвы удовлетворено ходатайство органов предварительного расследования об избрании меры пресечения в виде заключения под стражу в отношении Ионова Алексея Николаевича, обвиняемого в совершении преступления, предусмотренного ч. 6 ст. 290 УК РФ, на срок 01 месяц 30 суток.

Суд отказал в удовлетворении ходатайства стороны защиты об избрании обвиняемому Ионову А.Н. более мягкой меры пресечения.

All of the same risks and warnings about channels can be applied to groups. Telegram, which does little policing of its content, has also became a hub for Russian propaganda and misinformation. Many pro-Kremlin channels have become popular, alongside accounts of journalists and other independent observers.
