Заселение начнется с 9 июня. В новостройки переедут жители трёх пятиэтажек, расположенных на Осташковской и Полярной улицах.
Новые дома изначально возводились по программе «Жилище», однако впоследствии были переделаны под стандарты реновации. В СВАО в программу сноса попало около 500 домов.
Как сообщал глава депстроя А. Бочкарев, снос первых домов планируется начать уже в этом месяце.
Напомним, на данный момент заселено 5 домов: 1 дом в ВАО и 4 дома в ЗАО.
Всего по программе реновации утверждено 242 стартовые площадки. Некоторые из них – это скверы или свободные локации во дворах.
