В Улан-Удэ начался набор на первый в 2025 году курс оказания первой помощи

Занятия на базе ДОСААФ проводит известный инструктор по медицине, руководитель БРО ВСК спасателей Солбон Санжиев.

Курс состоит из четырех занятий продолжительностью 4 часа каждое (по субботам с 10 до 14.00). Всё на безвозмездной основе. Первое занятие состоится 18 января.

Важно, что даются знания и по первой помощи детям благодаря партнерству со школой «МарияМама».

Курсанты учатся проводить сердечно-легочную реанимацию, накладывать повязки, узнают о транспортировке раненых и психологических особенностях коммуникации в режиме ЧС.

Вся информация подается через различные ситуационные задачи, максимально доступно и с моментальной практической отработкой.

Telegram has become more interventionist over time, and has steadily increased its efforts to shut down these accounts. Pavel Durov was quoted at the time saying that the company was obliged to follow a “legitimate” law of the land. He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores. And indeed, volatility has been a hallmark of the market environment so far in 2022, with the S&P 500 still down more than 10% for the year-to-date after first sliding into a correction last month. The CBOE Volatility Index, or VIX, has held at a lofty level of more than 30. The company maintains that it cannot act against individual or group chats, which are “private amongst their participants,” but it will respond to requests in relation to sticker sets, channels and bots which are publicly available. During the invasion of Ukraine, Pavel Durov has wrestled with this issue a lot more prominently than he has before. Channels like Donbass Insider and Bellum Acta, as reported by Foreign Policy, started pumping out pro-Russian propaganda as the invasion began. So much so that the Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council issued a statement labeling which accounts are Russian-backed. Ukrainian officials, in potential violation of the Geneva Convention, have shared imagery of dead and captured Russian soldiers on the platform. As a result, the pandemic saw many newcomers to Telegram, including prominent anti-vaccine activists who used the app's hands-off approach to share false information on shots, a study from the Institute for Strategic Dialogue shows. Individual messages can be fully encrypted. But the user has to turn on that function. It's not automatic, as it is on Signal and WhatsApp.
