Вторая часть новогоднего концерта. Вообще товарищи с Первого особо не заморачивались, похоже. Из 5 часов программы чуть ли не половина, если не больше - нарезка из других годов.

Тут номера тоже подобраны по принципу - либо песня или исполнитель нравится либо просто из ностальгии или по приколу. Вот, например, номер Кай Метова - это же какая то дичь, если так подумать. Но в 94-м заходило на ура. Или Плачь, плачь Польны - вообще пропаганда ЛГБТ какая-то в полный рост, но ничо так, крутили (и крутят) по главному каналу страны на миллионы зрителей.🤷‍♀️

At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). The initial signals were promising, especially given Telegram’s user base is already fairly crypto-savvy. It raised an initial tranche of cash – worth more than a billion dollars – to help develop the coin before opening sales to the public. Unfortunately, third-party sales of coins bought in those initial fundraising rounds raised the ire of the SEC, which brought the hammer down on the whole operation. In 2020, officials ordered Telegram to pay a fine of $18.5 million and hand back much of the cash that it had raised. This ability to mix the public and the private, as well as the ability to use bots to engage with users has proved to be problematic. In early 2021, a database selling phone numbers pulled from Facebook was selling numbers for $20 per lookup. Similarly, security researchers found a network of deepfake bots on the platform that were generating images of people submitted by users to create non-consensual imagery, some of which involved children. The original Telegram channel has expanded into a web of accounts for different locations, including specific pages made for individual Russian cities. There's also an English-language website, which states it is owned by the people who run the Telegram channels. Elsewhere, version 8.6 of Telegram integrates the in-app camera option into the gallery, while a new navigation bar gives quick access to photos, files, location sharing, and more. For Oleksandra Tsekhanovska, head of the Hybrid Warfare Analytical Group at the Kyiv-based Ukraine Crisis Media Center, the effects are both near- and far-reaching.
