Продолжаю делиться итогами реализации национальных проектов в республике в 2024 году.

Созданию в Адыгее лучших условий для комфортной, безопасной и долгой жизни мы уделяем особое внимание. Развивать социальную сферу, поддерживать семьи с детьми, привлекать жителей к занятию физической культурой и спортом нам помогал национальный проект «Демография». Благодаря ему в прошлом году были введены в эксплуатацию два новых здания для социальных учреждений, оказывалась финансовая помощь почти тысяче семей в связи с рождением детей.

Отмечу, что за прошлый год в республике родилось 1537 первенцев и 1448 третьих и последующих детей. Впереди у нас много работы для всесторонней поддержки семей с детьми, а также наших старших. В этом нам поможет стартовавший с 2025 года национальный проект «Семья».

Telegram has gained a reputation as the “secure” communications app in the post-Soviet states, but whenever you make choices about your digital security, it’s important to start by asking yourself, “What exactly am I securing? And who am I securing it from?” These questions should inform your decisions about whether you are using the right tool or platform for your digital security needs. Telegram is certainly not the most secure messaging app on the market right now. Its security model requires users to place a great deal of trust in Telegram’s ability to protect user data. For some users, this may be good enough for now. For others, it may be wiser to move to a different platform for certain kinds of high-risk communications. In the United States, Telegram's lower public profile has helped it mostly avoid high level scrutiny from Congress, but it has not gone unnoticed. He floated the idea of restricting the use of Telegram in Ukraine and Russia, a suggestion that was met with fierce opposition from users. Shortly after, Durov backed off the idea. Telegram does offer end-to-end encrypted communications through Secret Chats, but this is not the default setting. Standard conversations use the MTProto method, enabling server-client encryption but with them stored on the server for ease-of-access. This makes using Telegram across multiple devices simple, but also means that the regular Telegram chats you’re having with folks are not as secure as you may believe. This ability to mix the public and the private, as well as the ability to use bots to engage with users has proved to be problematic. In early 2021, a database selling phone numbers pulled from Facebook was selling numbers for $20 per lookup. Similarly, security researchers found a network of deepfake bots on the platform that were generating images of people submitted by users to create non-consensual imagery, some of which involved children.
