По результатам ежедневного мониторинга СМИ и сети Интернет сотрудниками МО МВД России «Ачинский» выявлен ряд материалов о сложившейся экологической ситуации в городе и обеспокоенности ею жителей города. Полицейскими выведен соответствующий рапорт, который зарегистрирован в установленном порядке.
❗️В настоящее время сотрудниками органов внутренних дел всесторонне изучаются обстоятельства случившегося, а также устанавливаются лица, причастные к выбросам плотного слоя тёмной пыли. По окончании всех проверочных мероприятий будет принято обоснованное решение в соответствии с законодательством РФ.

But the Ukraine Crisis Media Center's Tsekhanovska points out that communications are often down in zones most affected by the war, making this sort of cross-referencing a luxury many cannot afford. Such instructions could actually endanger people — citizens receive air strike warnings via smartphone alerts.
