В докладе одним из сценариев для будущего предложена "Нация Z" – вариант "нацбилдинга по-русски". Ключевым здесь должно стать "настоящее, а не декларативное постулирование семейных ценностей и стимулирование рождаемости". Но есть и еще три сценария: СССР 2.0, НЭП 2.0 и "евразийский полюс"...
